Gentrification - The Song!

Scholars of gentrification will appreciate this lovely little ditty by Rachel Glassberg about her own Echo Park. She really hits on many of the important tenets of the literature!

As the folks at laist note, Glassberg offers her song in response to a recent LA Times article suggesting (arguably about five years late in my humble opinion) that the neighborhood is now less "no man's land" and more upscale nightlife corridor.
